Position Objective As an Overdue Collections Manager, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have experienced significant payment delays, creating payment plans that allow them to bring their accounts current again. Key Responsibilities Visit the homes of borrowers who have taken out a loan but failed to meet their payment obligations, in order to offer various payment plans. * Recover overdue accounts. * Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers. * Inform customers about all the benefits of maintaining a current credit account. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required protective gear. Candidate Profile Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * Motorcycle operation skills. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Ability to operate mobile devices. * Goal-oriented with focus on achieving targets. * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
