A leading company in the Telecommunications industry is looking for: HOME COLLECTION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in home collections. * Ability to ride a motorcycle (not a scooter). * Valid motorcycle license. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Customer service experience. * Good personal presentation. * Responsible. * Ability to manage and track collection activities and follow up on cases. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform home collection visits for assigned accounts. * Meet daily targets for home visits. * Negotiate with customers. * Seek alternative times and methods to locate customers. * Verify and obtain telephone and demographic data to contact customers.
