We build future-ready environments and foster a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture. **About This Opportunity** At WSP Mexico, we are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team, participating in the development of national and international structural engineering projects in coordination with multidisciplinary and regional teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze, design, and verify new and existing structures, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and technical standards (primarily U.S. standards and project requirements). * Develop and review technical documentation related to structural engineering projects: calculation reports, technical reports, drawings, and specifications. * Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure proper integration of various project systems into structural design. * Collaborate with engineering teams in Mexico and the United States, contributing to an integrated and coordinated delivery model. * Support technical review and quality control of projects, aligned with WSP’s internal standards. * Comply with policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System (quality, environment, occupational health and safety). **Requirements and Professional Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; specialization or master’s degree in structural engineering preferred. * 3–5 years of experience developing structural engineering projects in Mexico and/or projects under U.S. codes. * Knowledge of seismic engineering. * Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as SAP, SAFE, ETABS, RAM, RISA, TEKLA, or similar. * Experience with drafting tools and BIM environments, such as AutoCAD and Revit. * International project experience and experience working with multidisciplinary teams is desirable. * English proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written), with ability to understand and communicate technical information. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing multinational company with high technical and quality standards. * Participation in challenging projects with national, regional, and global scope. * WSP Global’s “Own It” initiative. * Regular performance evaluations and organizational climate surveys. * A collaborative, diverse environment focused on professional development. \#LI\-VVB \#Mexico **Primary Location** MX\-CIUDAD DE MÉXICO**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 5**Job Posting** Mar 16, 2026, 6:57:30 AM
