At FIDEICOMISO 728 FIPATERM, we invite you to join our team as an Energy Advisor to carry out actions related to electrical energy savings and efficient energy use, in collaboration with the Federal Electricity Commission. Requirements: * Degree in Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energies / Mechatronics / Electromechanics or related fields; graduated or currently completing studies. * Completed technical degree in a related field of electricity. * Experience in electrical measurement work (low and medium voltage). * Experience in customer service. * Valid driver’s license. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Punctuality. * Responsible and productive. * Residence in Monterrey, N.L. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct low-voltage energy audits (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3) for CFE customers. * Administer, organize, evaluate, and execute work requests generated by CFE customers due to complaints and electricity service reviews. * Generate weekly productivity reports. Training is provided in the residential electricity sector, covering topics such as: * Testing of residential and commercial installations. * Electricity tariffs. * Energy-saving advisory for residential and commercial sectors. * Generation of energy audits.
