Opportunity for growth JOB OPENING: COST ASSISTANT Location: Xalapa, Veracruz A construction company is seeking a Cost Assistant to join its team. Requirements Reside in Xalapa, Veracruz, or nearby areas. Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in cost analysis and budgeting (mandatory). Proficiency in NEO DATA and OPUS. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of budget preparation, generators, and estimates. Analytical and organizational skills. Proactivity and attention to detail. Responsibilities Preparation and updating of project budgets. Analysis of unit prices. Requesting and comparing quotations for materials and services. Compilation of cost files. Control and monitoring of project expenses. Support in preparing estimates and reports.
