




Job Summary: The Project Manager Assistant supports project planning, execution, and closure by removing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth communication. Key Highlights: 1. The Project Manager Assistant (PMA) supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects according to established schedules and budgets. The primary focus of this role is to eliminate operational bottlenecks, manage technical documentation, and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders and the project team. **JOB PROFILE:** * Industrial Engineering, Project Management Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * 1–2 years coordinating construction projects (preferred). * 2 years of field/construction site experience (not mandatory). * Intermediate English; capable of conducting technical conversations. * Willingness to travel to the USA. **EXPERIENCE IN:** * Analyzing costs, timelines, benefits, scope, and various risks associated with the assigned project. * Executing the project and applying re-engineering when necessary. * Developing and selecting optimal project options to maximize return on investment. * Evaluating Feasibility Study, Planning, Execution, Control and Supervision, and Closure. * Identifying and managing project risks and issues. * Acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, ensuring communication with team members and stakeholders while also meeting client needs. **Technical Knowledge** * CAPM certification or equivalent. * Knowledge of Project Management methodologies. * Construction processes and standards. * Construction materials and techniques. * Software: project management tools (Monday, Asana, Trello, etc.), MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, Procore, or other construction project management software (not mandatory). **COMPETENCIES:** * High attention to detail and organizational skills. * Facilitation of meetings. * Operational leadership and teamwork. * Planning and organizational ability. * Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
