Location: Work at Parque Industrial Cuamatla, Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico. **Requirements:** · Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields. · Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Executive, in-person or over the phone; Telemarketing Executive, Control Desk... · Intermediate English (spoken, participates in corporate meetings). · Proficient in *Windows* environment, *Microsoft Office*, data entry in *Excel, J.D. Edwards*. · Operation of office equipment (copier, scanner, etc.). **Job objective:** To act as an efficient link between customer service, operations, sales, quality, shipping, and customers through effective communication focused on problem resolution, ensuring an excellent customer service experience. **Responsibilities:** * File documents in historical and main archives. * Open customer historical, master, and general files. * Classify inactive files. * Review customer historical files. * Destroy inactive files. * Make general copies. * Provide customer service through all possible means: phone calls, email. * Provide requested information and documentation to customers. Send electronic files via email. **Inform customers about product delivery schedules and dates.** * Invoicing.
