Your Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and supervise different operational processes to achieve HUB operation objectives and customer satisfaction according to their demands, in accordance with DHL policies and procedures. Matching resources so that operations run efficiently, profitably, and deliver expected business results. * Collaborate with other functions to improve transit times and customer service. * Establish controls in processes and work methodologies for proper cargo handling. * Generate proactive solutions and provide support to the customer service department. * Develop the weekly operational plan together with the Network team. * Ensure compliance with processes according to business rules and GSOP policies. * Guarantee resource availability to ensure timely material connections. * Analyze service, productivity, and cost indicators during established periods. * Tactical planning of Operations (day-to-day, month-end closings, holidays, etc). * Analyze material flow to balance flow and assigned resources in each process. * Communicate with SVC, GTW, Networks to measure material flow pending processing. * Immediate response to internal and external customers regarding shipment tracking and/or service recovery.
