Join our educational community Inter! **IT Specialist – UNOi System (Preschool and Primary)** We are looking for an **IT Specialist** responsible for ensuring the proper operation of **Digital Classrooms** and providing technical-pedagogical support to teachers and students in using the **UNOi System**. This position is key to ensuring a smooth, innovative educational experience aligned with institutional technological tools. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on digital classroom equipment (projectors, iPads, audio systems, internet connectivity). * Provide **follow-up and support** to students and teachers within the **UNOi Platform**. * Train and assist teachers in using the digital tools of the UNOi System. * Conduct **basic diagnostics** of connectivity and equipment to ensure daily operations. * Coordinate IT issues with internal departments or external providers when necessary. * Keep the device inventory updated and report technical needs. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Systems. * Experience in technical support, school IT, or digital educational environments (desirable). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of networks, connectivity, and fault diagnosis. * Proficiency with iOS devices (iPad). * Desired: prior knowledge of the **UNOi System**. * Ability to train and support teachers. * Customer service skills, patience, and good interpersonal skills with teaching staff and students. **We Offer** * Stable work environment focused on educational innovation. * Training and/or updates on UNOi System tools.
