A company driven by our people.**Position Objective:** ------------------------ We are looking for IT or Engineering Talent to join our regional LATAM DHL team, supporting Warehouse Management System (WMS) projects and working closely with global teams. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to implementation projects, system migrations, and continuous improvements, ensuring optimal WMS usage across the organization.**Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------------- • Provide WMS support for implementation projects. • Collaborate on the WMS roadmap and migration initiatives. • Develop and deliver system enhancements to increase WMS adoption. • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from customer onboarding to transition into ongoing support, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.**Who We Are Looking For:** --------------------- Candidates with the following background: • Solid knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integrations. • Programming logic skills (any language); shell scripting is a plus. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Boards, JIRA, Trello). • Organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Preferably some knowledge of logistics, supply chain processes, and warehouse management systems such as Manhattan or BlueYonder WMS. • Intermediate English.
