You will be part of the team delivering high-quality service to users within the institution. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. [General cleaning, conflict resolution, hardware replacement]. * Install and configure hardware and software. [Operating system restoration, hard drive cloning, installation and configuration of programs or peripherals]. * Install networks and surveillance cameras. [Cabling installation, conduit installation, basic network and printer configuration, shared folders, cameras, etc.]. **Job Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma in computing or related bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. * Willingness to travel as needed to campuses across the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. * Technical skills: knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and operating systems. * Soft skills: problem-solving, effective communication, and attention to detail. **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Pleasant work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. * Work location: Patria Campus.
