RESIDENTE DE ENTREGA DE VIVIENDA Position Objective: Manage the planning and administration of delivery timelines and warranty services in order to follow company guidelines and policies, analyzing administrative functions as a filter, detecting system errors, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely home delivery, thereby achieving continuous improvement in delivery and warranty objectives. Requirements Civil Engineer - Architecture Results-oriented Customer Service Goal Achievement Functions: 1.- Follow-up and completion of housing checklists to certify habitability. 2.- Carry out the delivery of the home to the customer according to the home release policy. 3.- Generate warranty numbers and manage them according to housing policy. 4.- Analyze warranties and jointly prepare executive notes with the team. 5.- Conduct home inspections and notify the construction department. 6.- Coordinate with property managers to ensure their presence during home deliveries.
