We are seeking a **COBOL Developer** with experience in the analysis, development, and maintenance of mission-critical applications. Mandatory Requirements * Professional degree and official ID or official certification confirming degree completion in progress (**mandatory per internal policies**). * Availability for an in-person interview. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a COBOL developer. * Knowledge of **COBOL batch and online**. * Experience in **Mainframe (z/OS)** environments. * Proficiency in **JCL** and data processing utilities. * Experience with **DB2** and/or **VSAM**. * Knowledge of software development methodologies and version control. Desirable / Plus * Experience with **CICS** and complex batch processes. * Familiarity with change control tools (**Endevor, Changeman, or similar**). * Experience in **COBOL application migration or modernization projects**.
