




**Human Capital Director** We are seeking a strategic HR leader focused on talent acquisition, development, and culture. **What will be your mission?** Transform the Human Resources department by automating key processes and optimizing operational efficiency. Implement talent strategies that directly impact profitability, aligning culture, performance, and productivity. Reduce operational costs while maintaining high organizational performance. Develop talent KPIs, performance evaluation systems, and career development plans to retain key talent. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** Strategic Planning and Overall Supervision of the HR Department Labor Relations and Training Ensure HR policies are uniformly applied across all locations Oversee compliance with labor regulations and corporate policies Monitor and validate key HR metrics (turnover rate, coverage, time-to-hire, incidents, etc.) Recruitment and Selection Ensure branches have the necessary personnel for operations Implement onboarding strategies Supervise proper application of selection filters, documentation, and system onboarding Formulate and oversee implementation of HR policies, standards, and procedures Develop staffing policies to ensure compliance with current legislation and statutory requirements Identify training needs arising from performance evaluations or new processes Establish performance evaluation plans and programs Lead and manage organizational climate programs for subsequent implementation Approve internal training programs Promote staff professional development through upskilling and competency enhancement programs Track labor incidents, disciplinary actions, and branch-level conflicts Maintain ongoing communication with managers to prevent turnover or workplace climate issues Represent the company before labor authorities or legal bodies when required **WE OFFER** Statutory benefits Salary: $25,000–$40,000 monthly, depending on qualifications **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field 8 years of professional experience Age: 35–50 years Willingness and ability to travel **Knowledge:** National labor legislation Compensation and benefits Job evaluation Performance appraisal Organizational development and talent management Internal communication and corporate culture HR management indicators and HR data analytics **Soft Skills:** Leadership Active listening and empathy Effective communication Negotiation and conflict resolution Results orientation Teamwork Professional ethics and confidentiality **Technical Skills:** HR software management Management of key HR indicators (KPIs) Proficiency in labor regulations Change management Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00–$40,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
