




We are seeking a Hotel Phone Technical Support professional to join Royalton Hotels & Resorts. In this role, you will serve as the essential link between our guests and our hotel telephone systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all telephone systems operate seamlessly, delivering efficient and effective technical support. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer service for matters related to the telephone system, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to guarantee a smooth and satisfying experience for our guests. Prior experience in telephone technical support is required, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and customer service. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
