Degree certificate and professional license required. * 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. Experience: * Development and implementation of Business Continuity policies and/or corporate governance frameworks. * Implementation of risk assessments. * Implementation of Business Impact Analysis (BIA). * Design of Business Continuity strategies. * Development of Incident Response Plans. * Development of Crisis Management Plans. * Coordination of tests, exercises, and evaluations. * Business Continuity awareness and training programs. * Evaluation and auditing of Business Continuity programs. * Support for audits related to ISO 22301. * Use of mass notification tools and plan management software. Certifications: * CBCP from DRII, or ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer. * ISO 22317:2015 Business Impact Analysis. * ISO 22398:2013 Exercise Conduct. * BS 11200:2014 Crisis Management Plan. * ISO/IEC 27031:2011 Disaster Recovery Planning. * ITIL v4.0 Foundation. * ISO/IEC 20000-1. * CRLE 2000 Cyber Resilience.
