At **Emergent** **Cold** **LatAm** we are looking for a **Warehouse Auditor** to coordinate product inbound and outbound movements, ensuring process compliance, customer service, and accurate reconciliation of operational information. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare, reconcile, and close receiving and shipping records in the system. * Prepare and print shipping documentation. * Release and receive logistics operators. * Generate daily reports (inventory, routes, service levels). * Handle special customer requests (by phone or in person). * File documents and provide support to other departments (billing, warehouse). * Follow up on discrepancies in receiving or shipping. * Manage requests for non-standard additional services. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Computer skills and intermediate **Excel** proficiency. * Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or administrative functions (desirable). * Familiarity with Office suite and report handling.
