Acts as a guide, conducts training and troubleshooting related to TMS; as well as the highest technical authority regarding the corporate transportation management solution, providing functional and technical expertise, strategic guidance, and specialized solutions to drive service development that meets current and future needs of existing and potential clients. **How to make an impact** ------------------------ 1\. Configure and maintain TMS modules such as: order management, planning, dispatching, visibility, proof of delivery recovery, accounts payable and accounts receivable 2\. Design and implement different transportation/distribution business models (inbound to manufacturing, aftermarket, outbound, last mile) 3\. Lead and support TMS migrations (on\-premise to cloud) 4\. Develop and maintain complementary technologies within the distribution ecosystem (GPS, georeferencing, mobile devices, distribution network modeling) 5\. Develop and maintain agents (scripts) to implement custom logic and system behavior. 6\. Design and implement integrations with customer systems via APIs, EDI, and other interface technologies. 7\. Support automation and digitalization initiatives for distribution processes through configuration and integration with TMS. 8\. Manage planning with global and regional teams for version upgrades, testing, deployment of updates and patches to TMS, assessing operational impact. 9\. Interact with and evaluate external consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions and services. 10\. Validate development and logic of solutions proposed by the solution architect. 11\. Collaborate with operations and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. 12\. Develop and execute test plans for new functionalities and system changes. 13\. Provide technical advisory (consulting role) to internal and external teams. 14\. Define standards and best practices related to the transportation management system. 15\. Analyze and resolve complex, high-impact technical issues. 16\. Support review and validation processes for designs, solutions, documentation, and client proposals. 17\. Be the validator of implemented configurations and operational models, as well as provide guidance on new models 18\. Represent the company as an expert in platform forums or with key clients. 19\. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. 20\. Validate and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. 21\. Knowledge of regulations and policies for computerized system validation, as well as supporting the validation team in this process 22\. Support integration with ERP, WMS, and other supply chain platforms. 23\. Possess knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware, such as mobile devices, vehicle GPS, printers, workstations, and other IT equipment associated with TMS systems 24\. Participate in cross-functional improvement projects 25\. Ensure compliance with TMS best practices according to standard operating procedures and defined work instructions (Change Management) 26\.
