Our engineering and product innovation help keep soldiers and firefighters safe, is critical in building and keeping communities clean and helps people do their jobs every day.** Position Title: Assembly Production Operator **Description:** Ensure production area objectives by timely and accurate execution of standardized work procedures at the assigned station, incorporating fundamental safety requirements without compromising product quality—all while sustaining an inclusive team-oriented culture. The operator reports directly to the production supervisor with a direct line to the *team leader.* **Responsibilities:** Ensure production plan compliance by assembling components accurately, completely, and efficiently per product specifications. Execute tasks outlined in the Standardized Work Instruction (SWI). Perform duties in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations (RIT). Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) 100% of the time. Understand and provide feedback to upstream and downstream workstations regarding defects and product conditions. Perform TPM \& crane checklist at the station. Ensure the workstation complies with the 5S standard. Follow all instructions issued by the team leader and production supervisor at all times. Achieve 100% adherence to defined operational processes, including scrap reporting, non-conforming material reporting, near-miss reporting, continuous improvement, etc. Report any anomalies occurring in the process or identified at the workstation to the production supervisor.
