You will be on the front line of defense against non-conforming products, guaranteeing consumer safety and satisfaction. * **Sampling:** You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing product samples at different stages of production. This includes both meat materials and dry products and packaging, using appropriate sampling techniques to ensure representativeness of analyses. * **Food handling:** You will learn about best practices in food handling and their importance for food safety. It is essential that you have a proactive approach toward food safety and can communicate these practices to other team members. * **Laboratory instrument use:** You will become familiar with various instruments used in product quality evaluation.
