Job Description: A growing company is seeking an Administrative Manager responsible for the financial and administrative control of operations. This position is critical for cash flow management, payment control, collections, and generating information for decision-making. Responsibilities: Bank balance and daily transaction control; Payment scheduling and execution; Bank reconciliations; Revenue and expense control; Accounts payable and accounts receivable; Collections follow-up; Control of internal expenses and purchases; Petty cash management; Information integration for accounting. Administrative data entry and control in the system; Preparation of cash flow reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury or administration; Proficiency in Excel; Experience with CONTPAQi is desirable; Strong sense of responsibility and organization; Reliable and discreet individual.
