Job Summary: This position involves opening and closing the store, ensuring tool availability, managing battery charging, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing friendly and efficient service to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the opening and closing of the store and ensures tool availability. 2. Attends to customers promptly and courteously both in-store and at home. 3. Maintains inventory control and ensures the motorcycle operates properly. Opens and closes the store, verifies that tools are available for services, checks batteries under charge, assists with store cleaning, attends to customer requests promptly and courteously both on the sales floor and for home services—according to established procedures—maintains and verifies tool integrity, monitors: *battery expiration dates (applies FIFO), *battery charging, *motorcycle operation and maintenance, *keeps the warehouse clean and organized, follows instructions from the supervisor. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education (High School Diploma) Years of Experience: Languages: Spanish Age: Between 18 and 60 years old Knowledge: Compliance with regulations, Courtesy, Integrity, Cleanliness, Maintenance, Warehouse Organization, FIFO, Procedures Driver's Licenses: Class A People with Disabilities: Yes Keywords: generalist, generalist, general
