We are looking for talent for the position: **Senior Business Analyst.** **Experience:** * **\+ 6 years of experience** in the field. * **Advanced conversational English.** * Knowledge of **payment applications and transactional systems.** * Ability to write **Business Requirements Documents (BRD)** and technical specifications. * Previous experience in **banking**, **transaction processing**, or **financial backoffice.** * **ISO 8583.** * Knowledge of **card schemes**, certification processes, regulations, and operational flows. * Creation of process documentation and functional diagrams. * Desirable knowledge of FIS applications such as: **IST Switch, Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator, or Fraud Navigator.** **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. * Conduct discovery sessions to understand current processes, architectures, and workflows. * Perform gap analysis between client needs and standard FIS solutions. * Develop clear and detailed functional documentation for development, operations, and management teams. * Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. * Work closely with developers to define efficient system integrations. * Support certification processes and alignment of flows with payment networks. **Language:** Advanced conversational English (effectively interacts with international teams) **Work location:** Remote. **We offer:** * Direct hiring. * Legal and additional benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. * Dental plan. * Savings fund. * Training and more.
