We are seeking a passionate music educator with experience leading school groups or orchestras who can motivate our students to discover the joy of making music together. Main Responsibilities: * Teach Music classes at elementary, middle, and high school levels, adapting content according to students’ age and skill level. * Design lesson plans and musical materials covering music theory, appreciation, technique, and instrumental and vocal performance. * Lead and coordinate a school ensemble or orchestra, utilizing available instruments to form diverse musical groups. * Guide students in practicing string, wind, percussion, keyboard, and other instruments. * Encourage student participation in events, concerts, festivals, and school cultural activities. * Foster creativity, collaboration, and confidence through music. * Assess individual and group progress, considering both technical performance and attitude and commitment. * Collaborate with other artistic and academic departments on interdisciplinary projects. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or related fields. * Proven experience directing school ensembles, choirs, or musical groups. * Knowledge of music theory, score reading, harmony, and instrumentation. * Ability to teach various instruments and manage groups of different age levels. * Capacity to plan and produce school performances and concerts. * Proficiency in music software or digital resources is desirable. * Creativity, leadership, empathy, and a vocation for education.
