**MH AUTOMOTIVE GROUP** **Brands: Renault · Suzuki · Jeep · Peugeot · Ram · Fiat · Dodge · Alfa Romeo · Ford · Audi · JAC · Foton** **Position: Vehicle Legal Manager** .**Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Law (Title and professional license required) * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in legal procedures, legal management, or corporate representation * Availability to travel to different states * Knowledge of: * Responding to government agency requirements * Vehicle-related procedures (license plates, registrations, deregistrations, renewals, inspections) * Procedures for releasing vehicles from impound lots, prosecutors' offices, or insurance companies **Main Responsibilities** * **Conduct vehicle-related procedures** such as: * Registration, deregistration, and replacement of license plates * Payment of renewals and inspections * Management of temporary permits and administrative movements * **Release of vehicles** detained at impound lots, prosecutors' offices, or insurance companies, including: * Represent the group before courts, prosecutors' offices, government agencies, traffic departments, vehicle control, notaries, and state offices. * Prepare and manage official letters, legal documents, acknowledgments, and other legal paperwork related to procedures or official requests. * Coordinate and follow up on administrative procedures related to company vehicles. * Compile, organize, and safeguard legal and vehicle records. **Personal Competencies** * Ability to self-organize, anticipate tasks, and work independently. * Responsibility in handling sensitive documents and strict compliance with procedures. * Ability to review and interpret legal and administrative information with precise attention to detail. * Focus on achieving goals and resolving issues effectively. * Availability to perform off-site errands, transfers, and visits as needed. * Clear and professional communication skills suitable for interacting with institutions and government agencies. **Working Conditions** * Salary: **$15,000 net monthly** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Life insurance * Travel allowances for work trips Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
