REQUIREMENTS The BI Developer is an expert in data mining, data analysis, and data visualization. They will work on understanding and manipulating available data through the various connection methods of the Data Platform, in order to generate information that is valuable and useful for the organization’s different business areas. They must adhere to industry standards for data governance, understand data lineage, data extraction, and data documentation; every analysis, study, or visualization created must be standardized and documented using the company’s tools. This person will collaborate with end users at all levels—operational and executive—gathering business requirements and designing data solutions. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in BI-related roles. * Proven advanced experience in: o Query generation and optimization, and SQL database management (e.g., MSSQL or Oracle). o Report creation in Power BI. o Power Query and DAX. o Design and presentation of analytical results. o Python Scikit-learn, Spark ML, etc. o ETL tools. o Git / GitHub. o Handling large volumes of data, best practices, and optimization of data sources. * English proficiency level of at least B2. * Soft Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and proactivity. Skills: * Experience in: o Google ETL tools. o Use of Alteryx and Dataiku. o Agile methodologies. o R, Java. * Knowledge of: o BigQuery. o Tableau, Looker, View, or similar.
