Job Summary: Service Coordinator responsible for assigning work orders, monitoring requests, and maintaining communication with the operational team to ensure timely execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Constant communication with the operational team 2. Incident tracking and reporting 3. Verification of service compliance WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RADIO CONTROLLER! Salary: $9,400 gross + bonuses Work only 3 to 4 days per week 12-hour shift (7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) What will you do? Assign service orders to technical crews Monitor and track service requests Verify that services are delivered on time and as specified Maintain constant communication with the operational team Report and track incidents What do you need?
