+ **Network Balancing** – Analytical skills and functional knowledge to identify, resolve and prevent unplanned inventory deployment exceptions such as, but not limited to, production shortages, necessary stock redistribution, forecast changes/fluctuations, and transportation interruptions, direct shipments from central warehouses to large wholesalers.
+ **Master Data Analytics** – Maintain APO master data, transportation lanes, and movement type settings to drive lowest cost automated replenishment strategy. Updates lead times (Goods Issue/Goods Receipt, Transit, and QI) in APO/SNP on quarterly basis using appropriate data base.
+ **Exception Management \-** Conducts bi\-weekly “Root Cause” analysis and identifies corrective actions that may be taken to avoid unnecessary future cuts.
+ **Command y co\-packers**: Responsible for the managing of transport to command and co\-packers according to the plan
* **CONTROL COST**
+ **Meet budgetary goals** – meet or exceed targets including truck load weight, unplanned warehouse to warehouse movements as well as other FTG savings. Incorporates and executes “Best Practice” replenishment processes to contribute to maximizing customer service, minimizing cost and optimizing inventory
+ **Budget control (Over cost not considered in budget)**: Execute strict control for handling or maneuvers spend
+ **Expense approval and validation:**Serve as approver through a validation of settled rates and POD or support documentation.
+ **Cost Improvement:** Provide improvements and implement changes to avoid extra cost.
+ **Financial Settlement \& Carrier Compliance:** Execute a monthly reconciliation for releasing freight invoicing.
+ **Financial Accountability \& Claims:** Manage claims with action plans.
* **REPORTS \& KPI**
+ Creation/update of the KPI scorecard and follow up to deviations.
+ Guarantee deliver visibility every day of the transport equipment status
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Logistics or equivalent experience.
* 3\-5 years of experience in supply planning in consumer goods or manufacturing.
* Strong technical knowledge and experience with SAP/APO tools required.
* Experience in inventory management and excellent understanding of supply chain logistics topics.
* Intermediate\-Advanced level of English.
