Control the process according to work standards Respect and follow technicians' instructions to maintain cell KPIs Meet scheduled times per operation — actual hours vs. scheduled hours Report process failures and part discrepancies promptly upon occurrence Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent Technical degree in Machine Tools or related field preferred Required Knowledge Basic knowledge of G and M codes Basic blueprint interpretation Measuring instruments Required Experience Minimum 1 year Operation of turning centers Operation of 4-axis machining centers Use and handling of vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
