Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead the evolution of our platform by integrating LLMs, optimizing performance, and collaborating on key technical decisions. Key Highlights: 1. You will work directly with our CTO to integrate **LLMs**, optimize performance, and ensure every deployment enhances the experience of our real users. **Your key responsibilities:** * **Full Stack Development:** Build and maintain robust applications using Python 3\.12\+ (Django) and React (Vite/Next.js). * **AI Innovation:** Implement and experiment with agent workflows using **LangGraph** and **LangChain**. * **Architecture and Data:** Manage PostgreSQL databases and asynchronous tasks with Celery. * **DevOps Culture:** Maintain and scale infrastructure using Docker and Azure. * **Product Impact:** Collaborate on technical decisions that directly influence the company's trajectory. **What we’re looking for (Critical Requirements)** * **Experience:** 3+ years developing production software used by real users. * **Backend Stack:** Proficiency in Python 3\.12\+, Django, and Django REST Framework. * **Frontend Stack:** Solid experience with React (JS/TS) and modern frameworks such as Vite or Next.js. * **AI Mindset:** Knowledge of or strong interest in **LangGraph, LangChain**, and LLM integration. * **Infrastructure:** Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure services. * **Soft Skills:** Complete autonomy, strong communication skills, and a business-problem-solving mindset. **What we offer:** * **Base Salary:** $35,000 \- $45,000 MXN Gross Monthly. * **Employment Type:** 100% formal payroll \+ statutory benefits. * **Benefits:** 20-day year-end bonus, Social Security coverage, and state-of-the-art computing equipment. * **Growth:** Opportunity to advance to technical leadership roles within a growing startup. * **Work Mode:** Full-time, On-site (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM).
