




Job Summary: Coordinate and track sales, customer service, and internal processes, ensuring effective communication and support for commercial improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in: Customer service, sales administration. Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas). PC and enterprise system proficiency (ERP/CRM preferred). WhatsApp usage for customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Process and track sales/orders received via email, internal systems, WhatsApp, and phone. * Respond promptly and solution-oriented to customer requests. * Coordinate information with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, credit and collections, etc.) to ensure process continuity. * Record, validate, and update order information and status. * Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams. * Support commercial process projects and improvements.
