Position Summary: We are seeking a Network Engineer with experience in data network operations and structured cabling to manage network security, design, and traffic, as well as support hardware and software configuration and maintenance. Network traffic design and analysis Minimum Education Required: University degree Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Work Schedule: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Description: Leading Company in the Timber Industry Seeks a **NETWORK ENGINEER**: Minimum 2 years of experience in data network operations, structured cabling, or related activities. We seek candidates with a degree in: Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field. Bachelor's/Engineering degree is mandatory for hiring. Responsibilities: 1\. Respond to incident reports regarding the Institution's data network service. 2\. Support configuration of hardware associated with the Institution's data network, aligned with industry best practices. 3\. Maintain equipment in operation using software versions recommended by the manufacturer. 4\. Support network operations during institutional events. 5\. Perform network cabling tasks at the Institution's main data center. 6\. Monitor alarms on network equipment and services. 7\. Prepare operational and status reports for the Institution's Network and Information Security Manager. 8\.\- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems; experience in implementations. 9\.\- Firewall responsibility (network security administrator) 10\.\- Design and analyze network traffic; respond to incidents; conduct audits; enforce policies to ensure data integrity.
