Friendly and professional customer service. **Position: Home Collection Officer / Collector** **Work Location:** Ampliación Aquiles Serdán, Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza, Puebla **Salary:** $10,000 monthly (before deductions) \+ **$1,000 punctuality bonus** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, **7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** **What will you do in this role?** We seek an **organized, responsible individual with negotiation skills**, focused on portfolio recovery and timely follow-up on outstanding payments, always delivering professional and empathetic customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Follow up on accounts receivable and overdue payments. * Contact customers to manage payments and negotiate settlement agreements. * Record payments and transactions in the internal system. * Keep account information and status updated. * Reconcile balances and assist in clarifying or resolving incidents. * Prepare collection and follow-up reports. * Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the recovery process. **Requirements** ✔ Minimum education: **Completed high school or incomplete degree**. ✔ Age: **25 to 50 years old**. ✔ Minimum experience: **2 years in collections, portfolio recovery, or similar roles**. ✔ Proficiency in **basic/intermediate Excel**. ✔ **Valid driver's license**. ✔ Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. ✔ Analytical ability, organizational skills, and timely follow-up capability. **Ideal Profile** * Excellent interpersonal communication. * Empathy and tact when interacting with customers. * Honest, reliable, and responsible. * Attention to detail and high accuracy. * Ability to work independently and goal-oriented. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary \+ punctuality bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. **If you have collections experience and seek a stable opportunity, we want to meet you!
