Mexican company with over 30 years in the market We are a Mexican company with national presence and over 30 years in the hardware market, seeking to add a **Collections Assistant** to our team, responsible for providing support and documentation tracking for the client portfolio, ensuring proper billing control, file management, and administrative recordkeeping. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administrative follow-up on issued invoices. * Physical and digital filing and control of client files. * Organization and updating of departmental folders. * Support in payment reconciliation and system application. * Preparation and updating of internal reports. * Validation of documentation for credit and collections. * General administrative support. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative/collections activities. * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely follow-up. * Proactivity and strong communication skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
