Execution of specialized activities aligned with objectives. **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Southern Peninsula Region Entity: Michoacán Location Type: Morelia Mega Commercial Store (Unefon) **Position Objective (BTP)** ------------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs in AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Main BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure service level, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Execute quality standards set by Management, and likewise ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely record customer visits in company systems to enhance satisfaction.
