




A leading company providing plastic injection and product assembly services to domestic and international enterprises. **SEEKING A PROCESS TECHNICIAN.** **Purpose of the position:** Maintain optimal operation of molds and machines according to the production plan, minimize machine downtime, and reduce scrap. **Work experience (Areas, departments, functions):** * Daily monitoring of product quality status. * Ensure timely and proper mold changes. * Receive mold change setup from mold fitters and sign off to confirm correct completion of the mold change. * Start up machines according to parameter sheets; release process and parts jointly with Quality, Team Leader and/or Supervisor. * Perform process setup and sign off on validation. * Monitor process parameters. * Evaluate processes and implement necessary adjustments. * Follow up on the installation process of new molds. * Follow up on mold installation due to machine changeover and startup. * Train mold fitters on mold changes, robots, and any topics directly related to these activities. * Support follow-up on training for resin handlers in their assigned tasks. * Keep process sheets updated per machine and maintained in good condition. * Lock machines to prevent unauthorized personnel from operating them. * Supervise activities performed by subordinates. * Maintain order and cleanliness across all work areas: machines free of water, oil, resin, parts, purges, etc. * Promote a respectful environment among coworkers. * Report any anomalies during the shift to the supervisor. * Complete daily logs reporting mold changes and change times, purging, adjustment times, restarts, and machine details. * Complete area-specific reports, including part release and rapid response sheets. * Support the production department in required activities. * Submit at least one improvement proposal per month, document it, and submit it to the immediate supervisor. * Execute applicable work standards and forms. **General knowledge and/or technical skills required for the position:** * Plastic injection; knowledge of Wittmann robots. * Dryer operation. * Mold changing. * Injection machine operation. * Excel proficiency. * Resin knowledge. **Required competencies or skills:** * Plastic injection. * Problem analysis. * Problem solving. * Mold changing and startup. * Working under pressure. * Goal-oriented. * Leadership. **WE OFFER:** * **Salary:** $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have knowledge of Wittmann robots?
