




As a **Human Resources Coordinator**, you will be responsible for attracting talent to the company, ensuring staffing coverage and proper personnel administration within the assigned area, as well as complying with various requirements from government authorities. **Responsibilities** * Validate job openings with the immediate supervisor of the position. * Post job openings through company-authorized channels. * Validate candidate qualifications and skills through interviews and competency assessments using the SIGEIN system. * Reach consensus on selected candidates for hiring or sending thank-you messages for participation. * Request required documents for hiring and onboarding into the company. * Conduct company inductions and welcome new employees. * Daily follow-up on attendance incidents, reporting presence or absence of staff, and monitoring IMSS-issued forms for correct application. * Submit payroll incident reports every other Monday. * Address employee requests related to company policies by generating formats for Timely Dialogues, Administrative Reports, and Suspensions. * Process employment terminations when properly justified. **Requirements** * Age 25 or older * Completed bachelor's degree in administrative fields and/or psychology * At least 1 year of experience in recruiting operational positions * Experience managing a workforce of over 150 employees * Proficient in Excel Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Company phone Application question(s): * Monthly Gross Salary Expectation Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Recruitment and selection: 1 year (Required) Workplace: On-site
