**Position Objective:** Carry out prospecting, customer service, and follow-up activities for potential clients from the office, aiming to close sales, maintain business relationships, and provide an excellent service experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Make telephone calls to potential customers to offer products or services. * Follow up on quotations. * Visit clients and close sales. * B2B sales experience. * Handle objections and strong communication skills. * Participation in industrial expos and networking events. * Respond to customer inquiries and questions via phone, email, or digital platforms. * Generate databases and prospect records in the sales system. * Meet monthly sales and service targets. * Coordinate with logistics or administration teams to ensure correct delivery of products or services. * Provide after-sales service and follow-up on customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferably ongoing or completed bachelor's degree). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or telephone sales. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (desirable). * Strong verbal communication, customer service attitude, and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented and ability to work under objectives. **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000.00 gross monthly + Commissions * Ongoing training. * Statutory benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Excellent work environment.
