Position Objective Coordinate and execute operational recruitment processes, integration and control of physical and digital files, preparation of deliverables for clients, support for operational staff, and timely management of employee separation processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality in Human Capital services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. (Degree required) Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. Solid knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and INFONAVIT. Proven experience in operational recruitment (guards, supervisors, field positions). Experience in compiling physical and digital personnel files. Ability to generate deliverables, reports, and operational information required by clients. Skills in managing terminations, resignations, and separation procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and resolution of labor incidents. Desirable: experience managing teams of approximately 120 operational employees. Main Responsibilities End-to-end coordination of operational recruitment, including phone screenings, interviews, and document verification. Post job openings, schedule interviews, conduct candidate screening, and ensure timely coverage of operational positions. Compile, organize, and update physical and digital personnel files. Prepare client deliverables and reports (hires, transfers, status updates, reports). Provide direct support to operational staff, addressing inquiries, incidents, and basic administrative procedures. Execute termination, resignation, and separation processes, ensuring due process and regulatory compliance. Maintain proper documentation and assist in internal Human Capital audits. Ensure effective communication between corporate, supervisors, and operational staff to guarantee service continuity.
