TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER **Provide efficient and professional technical support to our customers, ensuring correct installation, maintenance, and operation of equipment, both remotely and on-site.** Essential Requirements * Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Maintenance, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Valid Class A driver's license. Standard vehicle available for traveling to nearby cities. * Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles. * Valid passport. * Full availability to travel domestically and internationally. * Basic to intermediate English (ability to read manuals and technical documentation). Main Responsibilities **\*\*Field work, travel, and on-site customer plant support.\*\* National and Central America** * Perform on-site installation of new equipment. * Provide remote and on-site technical support to national and international customers. * Diagnose and resolve equipment failures. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. * Prepare detailed technical reports of services performed. * Manage assigned per-diem expenses per service. * Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance. * Assist engineering and manufacturing departments in general tasks when required. Required Technical Skills * Use of multimeter and basic electrical testing. * Intermediate knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley). * Intermediate-level industrial electricity, electronics, and mechanics. * Work with low-voltage electrical panels (120V and 220V). * Interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and electronic diagrams. * Basic knowledge of mechanisms and their operation. * Industrial safety and good fieldwork practices.
