Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Revit technical drafter to create 3D models of HVAC systems, perform clash detection, and generate construction drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth and development **Revit Technical Drafter position required** **Main Responsibilities:** Create detailed 3D models of HVAC systems Define ductwork, piping, and equipment routing Perform clash detection with structural, electrical, plumbing, and architectural elements Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure conflict-free HVAC system delivery Update models in real time as the project progresses Generate construction drawings, sections, and details from the BIM model Prepare material takeoffs and quantities for budgeting and procurement Issue regulatory compliance reports per project requirements **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering or related field. * **Interest:** Genuine desire to develop expertise in Air Conditioning Systems or prior experience. **Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks** Proactive, able to work under pressure. Analytical, committed to continuous learning, organized, and customer-focused. **A Revit proficiency test will be administered** **We Offer:** Salary: $12,000 \- $15,000 MXN monthly, based on experience Opportunity for professional growth and development Work location: Querétaro, Querétaro.
