Your role will involve tracking client portfolios, identifying recovery opportunities, and applying negotiation techniques to resolve conflicts and reach favorable agreements. You must possess persuasion and negotiation skills to motivate clients to fulfill their financial obligations. Prior experience in collections is required, with emphasis on interpersonal relations and conflict management. You must be proactive, organized, and demonstrate a positive, results-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate holds a technical or university degree in finance, administration, or related fields.
