





**Requirements:** · Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in the food industry). **Knowledge and proficiency in:** · IDSE, INFONAVIT, SUA, SIPARE, SIRCE, ASPEL NOI, CONTPAQi NOMINAS, LABOR RELATIONS, SIAAT, FONACOT. · EMA and EBA reconciliation. · Calculation of severance payments. · INFONAVIT deductions. · SUA updates (UMA, VI, Risk Premium). · Federal Labor Law (FLL). · STPS and current labor regulations. · IMSS mailbox management. · Banking portal management, payroll disbursement, and grocery vouchers (preferably Scotiabank, UP si vale, and Banamex). · Management of operational and administrative staff. **Main Responsibilities:** · Comprehensive administration of the Human Resources department. · Assignment of grocery voucher cards for new employees. · Control of the **payroll process.** · Fulfillment of obligations to **IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, and other agencies.** · **Management of banking portals** for weekly payment disbursements. · Implementation and monitoring of **labor policies** in accordance with the FLL. · Direct support to management in strategic decision-making. **Key Skills:** · Leadership and team management. · Organization and attention to detail. · Effective communication and conflict resolution. · Ability to work under pressure and frequent audits. **We Offer:** · Competitive salary. · Statutory benefits. · Weekly pay. · Grocery vouchers 12%. · Savings fund 13%. · Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. · Job stability.
