We are dedicated to transforming ideas into functional, high-quality solutions for commercial spaces, working with materials such as steel, wood, acrylics, and plastics. **Position Objective:** To supervise, coordinate, and optimize production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery times, and operational efficiency. Lead the operational team to achieve manufacturing goals safely and efficiently. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily production activities. * Ensure adherence to the production schedule according to timelines, quality, and specifications. * Lead and motivate the operational team to meet targets and foster a positive work environment. * Verify the proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Propose continuous improvements in manufacturing processes. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the plant. * Coordinate with design, quality, and logistics departments to ensure smooth production flow. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field (desirable). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within metal-mechanical or furniture industries. * Knowledge of cutting, welding, painting, assembly, and finishing processes. * Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams. * Knowledge of safety and quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, desirable). * Ability to interpret technical drawings and production orders. * Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for career development within the company. **Interested?** Send us your updated CV Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,131.56 - $18,230.23 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Employee referral program Experience: * Production: 3 years (Desirable) * Reading blueprints: 1 year (Required) Work Location: On-site
