**We are seeking a Construction Administrator / CAO** **Job Responsibilities** * **Volume Reconciliation and Defense:** Quantify completed work (generating numbers) and conduct on-site walkthroughs with the client to physically verify progress and ensure payment. * **Estimate Compilation and Preparation:** Collect all documentary support required by the contract and calculate amortizations for advances and corresponding retainages. * **Financial and Budgetary Control:** Monitor project costs daily against the master budget, manage petty cash funds, and validate supplier and subcontractor invoices or delivery notes. * **Human Resources and Labor Relations Management:** Track personnel incidents and attendance on site, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with social security institutions. **Knowledge Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel preferred)\- Intermediate * Unit Price Systems and Control \- Basic * Blueprint Reading \- Basic * Interaction with operational and administrative staff \- Intermediate * Ability to work under pressure and with a results-oriented focus \- Intermediate * Interaction with clients and suppliers \- Intermediate **Requirements** * Preferred education: Engineering or Architecture * Minimum 2 years of experience * **RELOCATION REQUIRED** Business park, San Miguel, Guanajuato. Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
