· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. · Set up and operate CNC machines to perform cuts, drilling, milling, or other operations according to specifications. · Select and install appropriate tools, parts, and materials on the machine. · Verify dimensions and tolerances using various measuring instruments. · Make adjustments to machine parameters to ensure product quality. · Monitor the machining process and detect potential failures or deviations. · Maintain production records and report any anomalies to the supervisor. · Perform basic preventive maintenance on the machine and keep the work area clean and safe. · Comply with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. · Collaborate with quality and production teams to improve processes and reduce waste.
