Our ideal candidate is a professional with more than 3 years of MULTIPRODUCT experience, essential experience managing air, sea, and land cargo, as well as customer service, with business English oral communication skills at B2 level. **Role and Responsibilities** \* Coordination of shipments (land, sea, and air) \* Tracking shipments from origin to destination, updating clients on the transit status of their goods and/or any delays. \* Managing any client requirements with suppliers. (e.g., sending evidence, document validity, certificates, invoices, etc.) \* Collecting and analyzing data to optimize air, sea, and land transportation. MANAGER \* Assisting in the selection of transportation service providers, agents, shipping lines, and co-loaders. PRICING \* Preparing operational reports for clients, agents, and internal company use. \* Reviewing and analyzing negotiated rates for clients – agents. \* Responsible for making calls and participating in conference calls with clients, operators, and suppliers to provide status updates as needed. \* Providing prepayment instructions/documentation to the Finance Department for billing and collection purposes. \* Invoice review, cost provisioning, and invoice entry into the system. \* Requesting and advancing payments to suppliers and agents. \* Sending supplier payments to Finance. \* Supporting and assisting in dispute resolution with clients, agents, suppliers, and co-loaders. \* Maintaining records and timely follow-up throughout the entire process, achieving positive results in cost reduction, risk mitigation, and on-time performance. \* Reviewing expense accounts and tax receipts. \* Solving problems or disputes related to the processes described in the points above. \* Electronically backing up files in the company's SharePoint. **REQUIREMENTS** **\*Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Logistics, or related field; graduation preferred** **\*Business conversational English - B1-B2.** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or foreign trade. * Proficiency in shipment tracking, customer service, and coordination with shipping lines / agents / suppliers; average volume of 60-70 monthly operations. * Experience handling documentation (HBL, MBL, instruction letters, etc.) * Excellent communication and results-oriented mindset * Organized, analytical, and problem-solving skills **WE OFFER** **Monthly net salary:** **$24,000 to $30,000 MXN net** **Monthly gross bonuses:** up to **$4,000 MXN** (based on performance) Payment scheme: 50% IMSS - 50% Asimilados **Additional Benefits:** * Grocery vouchers worth **$1,000 MXN** * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Phone allowance * Scholarships and educational support * Hybrid work model **(3 days in office / 2 days remote)** * Professional development and job stability in an established company If you meet the profile and are looking to grow within a solid forwarder with a professional environment, send your CV or apply now!
