If you are a chemical or industrial engineer with sales experience and have strong negotiation skills, this job is perfect for you! **REQUIREMENTS** Age\-28 to 45 years old Gender\-Indistinct Marital status\-Indistinct Residence\-Must reside in CDMX Availability of schedule Own vehicle\-Insured sedan type, model no older than 2020 **EDUCATION** Bachelor's degree in Chemical area: IQ, IQI, QFB, QA, Biology (preferably graduated). **GENERAL** Customer service and development of assigned portfolio and increase market share in Mexico City, positioning the brand through the creation of sales strategies and search for new markets. **FUNCTIONS** * Implementation and development of sales strategies * Provide attention, follow\-up and development to the assigned customer portfolio * Search for new business opportunities * Service key accounts * Management and fulfillment of KPIs (sales, collections, profitability) * Management of sales forecasts and budgets * Prospecting potential customers * Visits, advisory and technical assessments to customers and prospects * Delivery of weekly reports (visits, prospects, collections, sales) * Conduct product demonstrations **SKILLS AND ABILITIES** * Verbal fluency * Negotiation * Design and interpretation of sales charts * Relationship building ability * Frustration tolerance * Goal\-oriented work * Work under pressure * Basic English * Availability to travel to the states of Morelos, Toluca, Mexico City * ERP and CRM handling * Proficiency in Office Suite **EXPERIENCE** * Sales of chemical products (minimum 2 years) * Sedan\-type vehicle handling (valid license) * Knowledge of the industrial sector, food and beverage industry * Negotiation with corporate accounts * Knowledge and experience in collections * Familiarity with Mexico City **WE OFFER** * Base salary of $18,000\.00 plus commission guarantee: first month $3,000\.00, second month $5,000\.00, third month $7,000\.00\. * Commissions of 3% after completing the 3\-month training period * Field work, no overnight stays at branch, only two days per week for work plan reviews. * Statutory benefits. * 20 days year\-end bonus. * Monthly gasoline card with $3,000\.00 * Vehicle usage bonus of $3,000\.00\. * Training * Quarterly performance\-based awards.
