Marketing Sr Specialist

Role Overview: The LATAM Marketing Specialist position is responsible for creating and supervising integrated campaigns (digital or at events), optimizing marketing resources (promotional materials, vendors, among others), and strengthening relationships with internal and external clients. This role uses specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, audiovisual, digital) to launch and position products and services within a sector, identifying and implementing marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with technical and sales teams. The ideal candidate combines marketing experience with excellent communication and project management skills, and brings deep knowledge of marketing across various events that must be managed (internal and external). This position is based in Querétaro\- Mexico. You Will: * Develop and supervise digital strategies and event participation. * Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. * Stay up to date with platforms and emerging trends to ensure campaigns are innovative, effective, and aligned with PIC's objectives. * Act as the main point of contact with various associations organizing the most prominent swine industry events across Latin America. * Plan and manage timelines for materials required to promote the brand with PIC LATAM internal clients and/or events. * Manage relationships with printing, booth construction, outdoor advertising, and event vendors. * Create, plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across all platforms, including those developed collaboratively with external agencies. * Analyze KPIs and metrics; improve conversions and drive engagement by generating monthly reports with performance analysis and improvement proposals. * Manage social media and company-used tools (email marketing, Streamyard, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). * Design graphic materials and visual content for social media, print media, and exhibition booths. * Coordinate internal publications distributed via official PIC LATAM email (industry analysis, market statistics, pork prices, internal newsletter, invitations to internal events, etc.). * Manage contacts received through the company’s official digital channels and route them to the appropriate teams. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 3 years of experience, preferably with knowledge in the agricultural sector. * Language: Advanced English. * Experience managing in-person events, from developing core concepts, designs, promotional materials, vendor contracting, to managing external agencies. * Practical experience with digital tools including: Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot Analytics. * Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn campaigns. * Ability to design graphic materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and Canva. * Experience in content planning and scheduling; WIX, Trello, Asana, CRM, Microsoft CE. * Knowledge of AI and marketing automation. * Creativity and innovation. * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. * Teamwork and collaboration.
