**Minimum Education:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Safety, Hygiene, Environmental, Industrial or related field. * (In some projects, high school diploma \+ verifiable experience in safety is sufficient). * **Work Experience:** * 2–3 years in occupational safety and health, staff training, or EHS management in construction projects. * Experience delivering practical on-site training courses (working at heights, PPE usage, machinery operation, emergency response teams, etc.). **Certifications / Credentials:** * **DC\-5** (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare). * Certificate of Labor Competence (CONOCER) for delivering training courses. * First aid and CPR certification. * Fire extinguisher use and fire brigade training. * Desired: ISO 45001 / ISO 14001, OSHA 30 hrs, EC0217 (delivering human capital training courses). ***Up-to-date knowledge of:*** * **NOM\-STPS applicable to construction** (009 working at heights, 017 PPE, 031 construction, 030 preventive services, etc.). * **NOM\-SEMARNAT and NOM\-161** regarding waste and the environment. * Local construction and occupational safety regulations. * Ability to: * Develop training plans and programs aligned with **NOM\-030\-STPS\-2009**. * Generate and maintain training records (lists, certificates, reports, DC\-3\). * Participate in internal and external safety audits.
